I think baseball batting averages should be graded on the curve.

I think the same people fudging women's dress sizes do the same with men's shoes. I.e.: No, really ma'am, at 6'5" and 280 pounds, I think you're a size 4 dress and Yep, 5'2", 115 pounds, let's see, that should be a size 12 shoe.

Do you realize that Speed Limit is NOT enforced by radar? It is also not enforced by aircraft. It is monitored, but not enforced. The police are the ones to stop you, not the aircraft or radar guns, but technically it's the courts that enforce speed limits.
