My Books

Great prose, it ain't...

Ok, so far there is only going to be one book on this page. It's a cookbook that I compiled for my sister for her birthday. I converted it to PDF and have decided to put it out there. Be aware that it's pretty big (about 1.5MB). Also, I added some humor to some of the recipes. This should probably frighten you more than an habanero in the eye.

This book looks great if you take the time to print it out right. Go find some themed paper at a store like PaperPlus and print the recipes on there. Then go to a place that carries scrapbooking supplies and pick up a sheet of vellum and a nice page for the cover. Finally, go to a place that can do spiral binding and have them bind it with a clear cover, then the vellum, then the cover sheet, and finally all the pages you printed on. Your total cost would be something like $7 to $8 a copy, but it looks really nice. Make sure you get spiral binding and not comb binding, otherwise it can't be folded back on itself as easily. You might as well do it right.
